Fatigue Labs for Wheels

We ensure the structural quality of the wheel is appropriate for regular highway usage with Cornering Fatigue Tests.
The wheel’s performance is evaluated with a simulated load that represents the weight of the vehicle, passengers, and cargo.
With this test, the wheel’s response to curb impacts that occur when vehicles suffer a lateral hit is checked. The test also indicates the overall structural stability.
This revolutionary testing process combines Cornering Fatigue and Radial Fatigue test processes, representing actual driving environments. Wheels India is among the first in the industry to deploy in-house bi-axial test equipment.
