Our Electronically Controlled Air Suspension (ECAS) products are perfect options for modern vehicles. The new-age products reduce vibrations and driveline wear while assuring enhanced ride quality, handling, and control. ECAS represents the innovative efforts of our R&D engineers with its versatility and an exhaustive list of features. The system can easily be configured with a handheld or mobile device, and supports advanced functions, including automatic vehicle levelling, ride height control, kneeling, and inching.
Wheels India’s ever-expanding product range is powered by an intelligent application of engineering skills. As we diversify into new industry segments, we continue to innovate, augmenting our knowledge across multiple domains.
Wheels India’s Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is based on five patented techniques, enabling continuous monitoring of tire pressure and temperature. It also supports alerting and display of the values on mobiles and tablets.
Our Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) ensures maintenance of optimal tire pressure in off-road and defense vehicles, supporting remote control. The device helps in extending the tire life while lowering fuel consumption.
Quick replacement of tires in LMTs is of critical operational importance. With our quick tire removal rim, the inner dual tire can be accessed without the need to remove the outer dual rim, saving time and effort.
Quick Tyre Removal (QTR) rim is developed by Wheels India for large mining trucks. These wheels enable removal of inner tyre of rear dual without removal of outer rim from the axle hub.
The QTR wheels are available for both bolted disc type and de-mountable rims which are used in electric drive trucks. These rims provide absolute safety in addition to the benefits on productivity and inventory management.
The QTR trim provides total safety as it dispenses with the use of spring type conventional lock ring which rely on its shape and spring properties to ensure integrity of the wheel system.
Retraction System Controller (RTSC) for defence gun deployment trailers, it maintains a constant ride height of air suspension at static or dynamic conditions. During the Gun deployment it helps to achieve the vehicle lower most CG by lowering the platform from 350 mm to 50 mm for easy gun deployment. The 350 mm to 50 mm lowering is the highest Platform lower feature made to this Gun deployment vehicle.
It gives indication whenever the tank pressure low and low air spring pressure, This RTSC does not require any electrical assistance during load levelling of suspension. It additionally offers an override option which is accessible in case of an emergency situation.

The customized programs help us overcome complex machining challenges, such as knurling on curved surfaces or circular edges, with configurable knurling depth and angle settings.
Our purpose-built Lisp programs accelerate 2D and 3D design tasks, generating the drawing for manufacturing with a single input file. They enhance efficiency by eliminating time-consuming processes and minimizing the need for specialist resources. Our unique approach streamlines tool design processes, assuring the precision, reliability, and consistency demanded by new-age applications.
