WHEELS INDIA STAFF PROVIDENT FUND TRUST, WHEELS INDIA LIMITED, PADI, CHENNAI 600 050

PROCEDURE FOR PERMANENT WITHDRAWAL BY EMPLOYEES engaged in own business or settled overseas or not employed at all after leaving Wheels India, Padi.


Send a request letter addressed to The Trustees, Wheels India Staff Provident Fund, Wheels India, Padi, Chennai- 600050 giving details of your Wheels India employment including employee number, period of employment, designation, department, date of leaving, EPF number, E mail ID, mobile number, your employment status after leaving Wheels India, Bank details for EPF account settlement, Aadhaar number and PAN number, clearly stating the reason for permanent withdrawal of your EPF account with Wheels India.   This letter should be sent in original signed by you along with self attested documents mentioned below.
a. Cancelled bank cheque leaf.
b. Aadhaar card copy
c. PAN card copy
d. If you are not working in India, then send copy of your passport and visa.
Also give your complete postal address with pin code.
Email request letter is not acceptable
