Should be conversant with various Quality systems and reasonable exposure to machine maintenance and implementation of 5S and TPM. Knowledge on statistical tools and their application to manufacturing processes is essential. Excellent communication in English and Tamil, Interpersonal skills, man management skills are also essential. SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER ( SALES) BE with about 12 years or DME with about 20 years experience in handling OEM sales / customer support in an automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential DY MANAGER / MANAGER (QUALITY ASSURANCE) B.E (Mechanical) with 7 to 12 years experience in the automotive industry product quality, systems, vendor development, customer support, warranty issues and monitoring of in handling process and outgoing quality. Exposure to ISO / TS 16949 desired. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE) BE with about 5 years or DME with about 12 years experience in mechanical maintenance in a heavy engineering or automobile industry with competence in PM / breakdown rectification of machines / equipment involving industrial hydraulics and pneumatics, handling equipment, mechanical / hydraulic presses & erection / commissioning of machines etc. Hands on experience in mechanical maintenance as well as supervision of workmen essential . Exposure to TPM / PLC / ISO TS 16949 desired COMPUTER AIDED ENGINEERING ANALYST Fresh M.E. (CAD / CAM) or B.E. with about 3 years experience in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) / 3d modeling / design in automotive industry / component industry and exposure to new product development. Experience in IDEAS Simulation.ANSYS, COSMOS preferred ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER (TPM) -Candidate must possess BE (Mechanical / Production / Electrical) with 3 to 5 Years   experience or Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Electrical) with 5 to 7 Years experience   in Manufacturing industry (Auto ancillary – Preferable) - Should have atleast 2 to 3 years of Experience in Core TPM activities - Implementation of TPM Policy - Should coordinate all TPM related activities in the plant - Should organise Training for TPM implementation - Set pillar targets and implement plan in line with JIPM Guidelines - Administrative activities for TPM - Facilitate Pillar and circle meetings - Should be able to bring in the culture of TPM amongst employees - Provide critical support to all pillar heads and ensure that they follow the JIPM roadmap in all pillar activities - Liaisoning with corporate TPM for seeking appropriate support and providing day to day   information required by corporate TPM. - Driving the Unit to TPM Excellence Award and outstanding TPM processes & systems. - Proficient in MS Office / Power point Salary for all the positions will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
