SENIOR MANAGER / DIVISIONAL MANAGER ( HR )

Candidate should be professionally qualified in HR / General Management from a reputed Institution with 10 – 15 years experience in handling core HR initiatives in a reputed Mfg Company. He should have independently handled change management working closely with workmen & supervisors, developing competency mapping, skill matrix & performances metrics, E & T Pillar in TPM, OJT, skill training & advancement, executive development, QCCs & other employee engagement initiatives, in-house magazine, etc. Excellent command over and communication skills in Tamil & English required. Age around 45 years.

MANAGER (OEM SALES):

BE (Mechanical or Automobile) with about 10 years experience in handling OEM sales / customer support in an automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

ASSISTANT MANAGER (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE)

DME with about 15 years experience in preventive / breakdown maintenance of Hydraulic / Mechanical press, MIG welding machines, SPMs and utility services such as compressors, cooling towers, generator sets. In depth knowledge in Hydraulic is essential. Exposure to PLC, TPM and computer literacy will be an added advantage.

1) DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER ( HR )

Preferably a professionally qualified in PM & IR from a reputed institute. Preference to TISS / Symbiosis Institutes. About 15 – 22 years experience in handling HR and IR in a large manufacturing Company at the Plant level. He should be good in labour laws, handling Union and negotiations, strategizing IR and HR, employee development including OD interventions, executive development, training & development, initiating QCC / Kaizen activities,administration of canteen, fleet of transport, security etc. He should be a change agent with ability to bring about transformation in HR / IR culture, focusing on employee development at all levels. The candidate should have had stable employment and should have exhibited leadership & managerial skills. Good communication in English and Marathi are essential.

2) DIVISIONAL MANAGER (PLANT ENGINEERING)

BE (Mechanical) with about 15 – 20 years experience in Maintenance of machinery out of which at least 5 years in Press Shop/Sheet Metal Components industry. Considerable exposure to Installation and Commissioning of Machinery, Troubleshooting, Spare parts Management. In depth knowledge of Fluid Power System, in particular Hydraulics as well as Utility maintenance is essential. Working knowledge of Electrical maintenance and practical exposure to Industrial Electronics/PLC. Exposure to TPM / SAP will be an added advantage.Should be result oriented person with high managerial capabilities for leading team of experienced Engineers. Should be proficient in Marathi. DME candidates need not apply.

3) DIVISIONAL MANAGER (QA)

BE (Mechanical) with about 15 – 20 years experience in an Engineering industry in product quality & systems, vendor development, customer support, warranty issues and monitoring of process and product quality and TS 16949 : 2009 and ISO 14001 : 2004. Familiarity in basics of metallurgy / welding practices / press shop, leadership and communication skills to drive improvements internally and to satisfy demanding customer’s essential. Should be proficient in Marathi. DME candidates need not apply.
